Cancellations Period

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping or fulfillment process. If your order is still in the processing stage, we can stop it from being shipped, and you will receive a full refund of the order value. Once an order has been dispatched or is in the fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel or modify it. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by providing your order number and we will handle the cancellation promptly.

Order Modifications

We understand that sometimes changes are necessary after placing an order. If you wish to modify your order (such as updating the items, changing quantities, or altering the shipping address), we are happy to accommodate changes as long as the request is made within 24 hours of order placement. Please note that after the 24-hour window, the ability to modify the order may be limited, and changes are not guaranteed once the order enters the processing stage. Therefore, it’s important to notify us immediately if any changes are needed.

Non-Cancelable Items

Some items, especially those that are customized or personalized to your specifications, cannot be canceled once production has started. This includes, but is not limited to, custom jewelry, engraved items, and made-to-order products. Once production begins, these items are considered final sale. Please double-check your order carefully before finalizing the purchase to avoid cancellation issues.
